We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, your primary responsibilities will include handling sub-sale transactions, refinancing, bank loans (including SME loans), developer's projects, and general conveyancing files from initial stages up to completion. You will also provide prompt and prudent advice to clients, manage correspondences, prepare status reports, and perform other tasks assigned by the Firm. Effective communication and collaboration with clerks/staff, as well as reporting to Partners/Head of Office, are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Legal Qualifications: LL.B, Bar, or CLP qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in conveyancing matters.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is considered an added advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude, honesty, responsibility, self-motivation, commitment, and a hardworking ethos.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Transportation: Must possess own transport for work-related purposes.
