We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Clerk to join our team. As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in assisting our lawyers in managing SPA/Loan Documentation for various banks, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining client files. You will be responsible for liaising with clients/purchasers, arranging signings, and adhering to conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Chinese language skills are considered an additional asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in handling conveyancing files.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Capable of completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new tasks, with a strong team player attitude.

Bonuses
